The vintage interior sports an eclectic patchwork of cooking utensils and old photos, while the varied culinary lineup is the quintessence of Gallic. Velvety, melt-in-the-mouth foie gras terrine, juicy basque chicken in vin jaune and morels, without forgetting the fabulous chocolate tart that has founded the reputation of this brasserie over the years.
