Run with great dedication, this restaurant is steeped in tradition. The original charm of the building has been beautifully retained in the dining spaces – eg the Alte Stube with its wood panelling and ceiling paintings, and Im Fachwerk with its combination of rustic old beams and modern design features. The cuisine is predominantly regional, but the menu also includes French-influenced dishes. Friendly service. Tip: The Holzfasskeller, a 400-year-old wine cellar, can be booked for events.
