Nicola seamlessly supervises the front-of-house, explaining the menu and its numerous dishes with great flair. The score is packed in full-bodied, authentic, no-fuss Italian flavours, e.g. melt-in-the-mouth ravioli stuffed with burrata and paired with sweet tomatoes and a lemon- and spice-laced sauce.
