Just a stone’s throw from the always busy Glorieta de Bilbao, this restaurant is the dream of chef Ignazio Esposito, a young man from Naples who is enjoying his first solo experience after spending several years under the wing of award-winning chef Dabiz Muñoz, both at the iconic DiverXo and RavioXo. It is a simple bistro created as a tribute to the family (the name, in fact, is a homage to his grandmother), where Italian cuisine is seen as an art form, the means to convey feelings through a small á la carte menu that only deals in handmade pasta, extolling creativity and leaving the door open to different elements of fusion. Everything you try here will be good, but we can recommend the italo-thai burrata, the amazing carbonara croquette or the delicious cod with pil-pil ravioli.
