Whilst most wine resorts sit surrounded by endless views of rolling green countryside, Natiia Relais can be found just by the shores of Lake Garda, meaning there are some stunning lake vistas from its contemporary guest rooms. It’s also surrounded by ten hectares of land, enough space to cultivate its own organic vineyards for its sustainably produced wines and invest in its own kitchen garden to supply restaurant Osteria, which also hosts Italian cooking classes. Naturally various wine tastings are also available, plus picnics in the vineyards accompanied by a bottle from the resort. But the hotel is about wellness as much as wine, with a large indoor and outdoor pool, a sauna, steam bath and whirlpool, plus a menu of relaxing massages.
