Guided by the motto "Smoke. Grill. Fine Dine", this restaurant serves top-grade beef cuts from around the world, including Kobe beef and Miyazaki Wagyu from Japan – you decide on the sides, toppings and sauces to accompany your steak. They use a Dallas smoker at 107°C and oak wood – hence the name "oak-107". The menu also features house specialities such as sturgeon with miso beurre blanc or grilled courgette. Those who prefer a set menu can choose between the "Tasting Menu" and the "Steak Menu". The attractive interior has a modern, urban feel – you can even dine at the bar. In good weather, you can eat out on the terrace. Tip: easily accessible by car via Windmühlengasse multi-storey car park (exit Mariahilfer Straße, third floor).
