Tucked away in the little Holzgartenstraße (after which it takes its name), the restaurant focuses on the use of seasonal ingredients in its kitchen, also embracing international influences. The dishes are often pared back to just a few components, carefully prepared for maximum flavour and nicely readable. Shining examples include "Traditional labneh, tomato, basil, parsley, spelt baguette" or "Two types of Ibérico, savoy cabbage, chorizo, mashed potato". Many dishes are also suitable for sharing. The menu, which is purposely kept short and changes frequently, is accompanied by a well-curated wine list.
