The double “u” in this restaurant’s name is not a mistake but was added with the intention of evoking the flow and sound of water that can heard from afar. Here, chef Angelo Borghese demonstrates his passion for the sea through his delicious, precise and personalised recipes in which the highest quality fish takes centre stage. The escarole and anchovy pizza with colatura mayonnaise is excellent, as is the selection of raw and marinated fish dishes.
