The experienced tandem at the helm, formed by chef Ricard ‘Capo’ Tobella and his partner José Tomás Arribas, opt for a Mediterranean product-based cuisine with strong Valencian influences and the occasional French nuance. Within its extensive menu, complete with seafood starters, rice dishes, fideuás and excellent grilled dishes, the large section, for a minimum of two diners, dedicated to the Mediterranean Lobster (you will find it grilled, stewed, with pedrosillanos chickpeas, in dry or soupy rice), stands out.
