Adding to London’s status as a truly great city for international dining is this slickly decorated restaurant offering the flavours of Chile. The rocks and marble that decorate the sultry room all come from the country, while the large open kitchen adds to the animation. Dinner is when the place comes alive, although if you come at lunch you’ll benefit from the good value menu. Highlights include beef tongue with walnut sauce, the daily catch with pebre, and the dulce de leche flan; all are accompanied by an exclusively Chilean wine list.
