"Lang is her" is the appetising culinary concept brought to Hotel an der Wasserburg by a dedicated team led by the Rohde family (the owners). The modern, international cuisine with seasonal influences is served as a three- to seven-course set menu or à la carte. Both in the chic interior, which has a friendly vibe, and, in summer, out on the lovely terrace with its walnut tree, staff provide attentive service and will be happy to recommend the perfect accompaniment from the well-stocked German/international wine list.
