You would be well advised to book at this Kreuzberg ramen restaurant, as it gets very busy at both lunchtime and in the evening. The focus is on tasty Japanese ramen, such as "shoyu ramen – matured soy sauce, chashu chicken, dashi, handmade noodles, marinated egg, nori". Tip: The gyoza are a great starter! There is also an interesting selection of drinks, including sake, wines and cocktails. The decor is pared back, in a minimalist urban style, and the service is quick and friendly.
