Occupying the former premises of the Pakta restaurant, this dining space has undergone a conceptual evolution, leading it to move away from informal Japanese izakayas and become more like a Mediterranean Japanese restaurant. The cuisine, which includes grilled dishes, marinades and even pickled foods, revolves around two Omakase menus (Mizu and Alapar) that combine Mediterranean and Asian flavours. What kind of dishes are on offer? Mushipan with tuna tartare and wasabi emulsion, wok-fried monkfish with suquet, delicious grilled mochi filled with chocolate and olive oil ice cream...
