Behind this name, which evokes Japanese-inspired cuisine (it can be translated as ‘fruit of the tree’), hides a pleasant and relaxed restaurant, designed for the unrushed enjoyment of the cooking, the moment and the company. The couple at the helm, with Jon Iñaki Monterroso behind the stove and Karen Harillo heading up the dining room, strive to recover the traditional home cooking based on the best local produce, giving each recipe the time it requires and adding the occasional touch of fusion.
