In the heart of Geneva, this chic bistro is the lair of Yoann Caloué who draws upon seasonal ingredients and high-flying technique to craft contemporary French cuisine. The classy yet cosily chummy setting provides the perfect foil to dishes of the likes of carpaccio of scallops enhanced by a sea urchin mayonnaise or free-range chicken served with a truffle-flavoured gravy. Wine buffs will be enchanted by the cellar, which stars mostly French wineries, with the odd international gem.
