This elegant restaurant has soaring ceilings, a striking blue chandelier and sweeping views of Manila Bay. It is helmed by a globe-trotting Malaysian-Chinese chef with Fujianese roots, whose menu highlights classic Cantonese fare with influences from across China. The deep-fried minced pork and salted vegetable pumpkin cake dim sum stand out; the chef's signature is steamed Chaozhou-style salted vegetables. Live seafood is good for sharing.
