In the small spa village of Cazaubon, this swanky 5-star Relais & Chateaux hotel, owned by the Guérard family, has been refurbished in a tasteful chic country house vein. The chef crafts a score founded on the classical, dietary recipes invented by the late Michel Guérard: the food is light, healthy, modern and overwhelmingly mouthwatering and each dish is generously laden in first-class, locally sourced seasonal produce, all of which is consummately crafted.
