‘Naniwa’ is an old name for Osaka; ‘kappo’ derives from the words meaning to chop and cook ingredients. And to convey the character of Osaka people and the foods they love, the ‘Naniwa kappo’ was born. That spirit living on through the extensive menu reflects Osaka’s culinary ethos of preserving the native flavours of ingredients while pursuing the preferences of guests.
