This Japanese restaurant may appear small and rather simple, but... it has everything it needs to succeed! Run by a friendly couple, it features subtle oriental-inspired decor and has a glass-walled kitchen so you can see chef Tatsuya Iwasaki at work, always focused on producing dishes that exude flavour, tradition and honesty through a methodical approach. The proposal, focused on local products and traditional preparation, is centred around two exquisite tasting menus: Youkoso (only available at lunchtime on weekdays) and Omakase (we especially liked the wagyu course and the creative dessert called Chocojada).
