The top floor of the Lingotto shopping center – a quintessential Turin landmark, once a Fiat factory whose rooftop test track has been transformed into a visitable botanical garden – is the site of this restaurant, easily reached thanks to clear signage at the entrance guiding visitors through the complex. Once seated, guests may choose from four tasting menus crafted by Alessandro Scardina (all available à la carte): Radici, rooted in Piedmontese tradition; the pared-back Essenziali; the vegetarian Botanic World; the creative Zero/100 Km/h; or Trust, a blind journey guided by the chef’s sensitivity. Whichever path is chosen, the results are compelling: solid, harmonious dishes with clear, well-calibrated flavors.
