Brasserie
Sture has been an icon of Malmö since 1912, and it’s now been reborn as a classic brasserie with décor to match; think mosaic flooring, closely set tables, a long bar and black-and-white photos of celebrities adorning the walls. A pavement terrace and bustling atmosphere only add to its appeal, as does an extensive menu mixing Swedish dishes with traditional Western European fare like confit rabbit or salad Niçoise. The lengthy wine list has a similar ‘Old World’ focus.
