Situated at an altitude of 2 000m in the Plan de Corones ski area, this restaurant is accessed via the cable-car from Riscone and then, in winter, by walking (or skiing) for around 150m through the snow. This impressive project by famous chef Norbert Niederkofler showcases his “Cook the Mountain” philosophy, where a modern approach and Alpine traditions combine to create perfect dishes full of flavour, all inspired by the seasons with a focus on using the whole ingredient with no food waste. The five tables with the best views are reserved for guests who choose the tasting menu, which has to be booked ahead of time. NB: the last cable-car leaves at 5pm!
