Both the restaurant, and the Hôtel des Horlogers in which it is housed, are the epitome of sleek, cutting-edge cool. The seasonal lineup harmoniously blends classical and traditional flavours (succulent stocks and addictive sauces) and is crafted from primarily regional ingredients.
