For more than two decades, customers have flocked here in droves for Taizhou-style wheat flour flatbread known as ‘mai bing’. With more than 10 different fillings on offer, ranging from ground pork and egg to mashed potato, there is something for everyone. Their fried-to-order flatbread is crisp and nicely browned on the outside, moist and tender on the inside. Pair the flatbread with bian shi dumplings or hand-rolled noodle soup.
