A thoroughly and unabashedly trendy concept, from the minimalist urban look and relaxed, pleasingly neighbourly atmosphere to the nicely pared-down modern cuisine that is ideal for sharing, and that goes for the "Sharing" menu or the à la carte options. The tuna with green tomatoes is fantastic, for example, as are the noodles that are rolled in-house – they are always on the menu. Select ingredients, some regional, are par for the course here.
