This restaurant is located on Böhmischer Platz, which is a lively little square – the bustling energy of the setting makes the pavement terrace a popular spot in summer. The interior has its own allure: understated yet stylish, with a wonderfully vibrant atmosphere. The charming urban setting is in keeping with the modern, streamlined and often pared-back cuisine; crafted from high-quality ingredients, the dishes are bold and punchy. Alongside the signature dish, "potato, lovage, whey", highlights include "halibut, champagne, Périgord truffle" or "morel, scallop, XO". Behind it all is a dedicated team led by chef-patron Sarah Hallmann – in the kitchen she is the culinary creative lead, and on the restaurant floor, she is a warm and professional hostess.
