In this small restaurant in a bustling neighbourhood, a unique, cohesive concept is making waves: serving a modern vegan menu featuring seasonal produce from the region, they aim to use produce in its entirety; they also ferment and preserve ingredients. The chefs help serve the food, elaborating on the dishes and the ideas behind them. You get a real sense of the dedication of the owners, who are also often on site. There is a six-course set menu with optional add-ons, plus a good selection of organic wines. Staff are cordial and professional, contributing to the relaxed atmosphere in the pleasingly contemporary interior. Tip: It takes 15min to get here by tram from the main station.
