All New Additions to The MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2025-2026

Find restaurants near you that have been added to The MICHELIN Guide’s selection in the last 12 months.

The MICHELIN Guide Ceremony for Great Britain & Ireland 2026 saw the announcement of exciting news about the restaurants with the very best cooking in our selection. What mustn’t be overlooked however, is just how many incredible eateries our Inspectors have added to The MICHELIN Guide throughout the past year. While distinctions like Stars and Bib Gourmands are only revealed at our annual ceremony, new restaurants are added to the selection every month as the Inspectors find new top-level dining options all over Great Britain and Ireland.

Here, we take a look at some stand-out restaurants you may have missed from the past 12 months, before diving into the full list of every restaurant added to The MICHELIN Guide – all 168 of them.

Amai by Viktor – Dublin, Republic of Ireland

A heartfelt passion project for its chef-owner Viktor Silva, Amai is the product of his Brazilian heritage mixed with the bountiful produce of Ireland. The set menu takes on influences from both Brazil and other South American countries, while retaining a connection to Irish ingredients. It was one Dublin’s hottest tickets in 2025, with the lively buzz filling a room decorated with hanging foliage and a mural of a Brazilian favela.

Beau – Belfast, Northern Ireland

Not only did Beau join our Belfast selection in 2025, but it has also earned a Bib Gourmand award for its high-quality yet affordable cooking. Owned by the team behind fellow Bib Gourmand EDŌ and spearheaded by Chef Lottie Noren – who named the restaurant after her daughter – it’s a warm and welcoming place, where the full-flavoured dishes are sure to put a smile on your face. Sharing is the way to go to get the most from the menu.

Restaurant FIR – Llangattock, Wales

Reflecting the trend in recent years for more immersive dining experiences, Restaurant FIR is a passionately run operation from Chef Matt Sampson. Hidden away behind a curtain within The Vine Tree inn, FIR consists of just four tables, all of which are given an audience with the chef. He proves to be an engaging presence as he presents his highly detailed surprise tasting menu, underpinned by top-quality ingredients.

Little Capo – Edinburgh, Scotland

Edinburgh’s Italian food enthusiasts would have been delighted by the opening of Little Capo, a super-stylish spot that’s bang on-trend. Operating as both a bar and restaurant – with a focus on organic, biodynamic and low-intervention wines – there’s a casual air to the service and a lack of pretension to the cooking. Start with one of the crostini and then consider one of the daily pasta specials, before finishing with a tiramisu.

Fukku – St Peter Port, Guernsey

In what has been a great year for Guernsey, with Vraic earning a MICHELIN Star and Alba a Bib Gourmand, Fukku is another of the island’s most sought-after restaurants. A lively spot on the east coast, it’s a well-run take on the Japanese izakaya but situated inside a former post office. Rather than focusing on one sub-section of the cuisine, the menu offers all manner of Japanese dishes, from yakitori and ramen to sushi and tempura.

Stow – Manchester, England

It seems that more restaurants than ever before are grilling over fire and the team at Stow are expert practitioners. Wood-fuelled flames are at the heart of the concise menu, with ingredients ranging from monkfish tail to ex-dairy beef given a lick of smoky flavour. Adding to the appeal are the intimate space, where you can see the chefs and their fire up-close, and an extensive cocktail selection to get the party started.

One Club Row – Shoreditch, London

Hidden away above the Knave of Clubs pub, this charming little bistro was being buzzed about from the moment it opened. The relaxed service, electric atmosphere and live piano music on Fridays and Saturdays all but guarantee a good night out, while the hearty cooking is full of appeal. Straightforward dishes, such as tuna crudo with smoked aubergine and Amalfi lemon, provide clean, distinct flavours with a minimum of fuss.
