The 2022 selection highlights 3 new Two-Star restaurants, 21 new One-Stars and 14 Green Stars, plus 35 new Bib Gourmands and 2 new Special Awards.

The selection features 169 restaurants, including 24 one-Star, 7 two-Star and 2 three-Star restaurants, plus two new special MICHELIN awards.

Celebrating its fifth anniversary, the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2021 edition has one new 3-Star restaurant, one new 2-Star restaurant, and 12 new 1-Star restaurants. And for the very first time in Singapore, the MICHELIN Guide Young Chef Award is introduced.

In the MICHELIN Guide Taipei & Taichung 2021, Taipei has 1 new 2-Star Restaurant and 5 new restaurants receive a first MICHELIN Star; Taichung has 2 new 1-Star restaurants; and, for the very first time, 2 restaurants in Taipei receive MICHELIN Green Stars.

Among a total of 69 MICHELIN-starred restaurants in Hong Kong and 18 starred restaurants in Macau, 2 restaurants newly receive Two Stars and 8 restaurants receive One Star.

Among 28 MICHELIN Stars in total, 1 restaurant promoted to two-star status, plus 2 new entrants and 1 promoted in the one-star rating.

The new Okayama selection celebrates 204 establishments including 2 Two-Star restaurants, 18 One-Star restaurants, 28 Bib Gourmand restaurants, 193 recommended restaurants plus 11 ryokans and hotels. The Green Star makes its debut as a new emblem highlighting Sustainable Gastronomy.

MICHELIN reveals its first ever guide to Malta with a total of 26 establishments including three starred restaurants and three Bib Gourmands.

The 2020 edition of the MICHELIN Guide to the Nordic Countries features four new two-star and seven new one-star restaurants, as well as three MICHELIN awards for service, sustainability and chef mentorship.
