Situated in a charming Tuscan hamlet nestled in the hills between Montepulciano and Montefollonico, this restaurant boasts stunning sunset views from its garden in the summer months, while guests in the dining room can enjoy views of the open kitchen in winter. The cuisine changes daily, with the chef offering a tasting menu based largely around produce from his own farm. The journey to get here is bucolic to say the least – an occasionally tortuous dirt track of more than 2km which requires careful driving! Booking ahead is essential if you’re not staying in the hotel.
