Michelin is pleased to present the full restaurant selection of the MICHELIN Guide Taiwan 2024. A total of 343 establishments makes this year’s selection, with 49 restaurants shine with One, Two and Three MICHELIN Stars, and MINIMAL in Taichung is the first ice cream establishment awarded with One MICHELIN Star globally.

127 restaurants compose the MICHELIN Guide Kuala Lumpur & Penang 2024 selection with over 30 different cuisine types. For the first time, the MICHELIN Guide Kuala Lumpur & Penang recognises an “Opening of the Year” award. A restaurant is also promoted to One MICHELIN Star, and Malaysia sees its first two-MICHELIN-Starred restaurant this year.

286 restaurants compose Singapore's 2023 selection with over 30 different cuisine types. Five restaurants are newly awarded with One MICHELIN Star, bringing the total of MICHELIN Starred restaurants in Singapore to 55. Lastly, the first MICHELIN Green Star recognition in Singapore is awarded this year, highlighting the sustainable commitment of one new restaurant.
