Hidden behind white gates on an unassuming high street in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence is the part-guest house, part-Two-MICHELIN-Star restaurant L'Auberge de Saint-Rémy, overseen by Chef Fanny Rey and her pastry chef husband Jonathan Wahid. After a memorable meal, which can be begin in summer with an al fresco apéritif on the leafy covered terrace, retire to one of the bright and cheerful guest rooms, decorated with floral prints and pops of sunshine yellow.
