Green Star Community 2026 Editor's Pick Guide MICHELIN Austria

Since 2020, the Green Star has highlighted forward-thinking concepts in gastronomy. These are restaurants that distinguish themselves through respectful treatment of nature and resources, while also placing value on raising awareness among staff and informing guests. For these responsible initiatives, 41 restaurants are being honored with the Green Star in this year's Austrian selection, including eight new ones.
