Previously two distinct concepts, Chef/owner Tim Lipman has married Coolinary and the Parched Pig for a delightful hodge-podge that truly has something for everyone. Contemporary with a seasonal focus, this kitchen-sink menu has everything from lamb croquetas and deviled eggs to crispy pork ramen and a smashburger. The confit chicken over braised chickpeas is a hearty plate designed for the hungriest of diners, and though the menu is always shifting, but if the cornmeal fried fluke with Key lime chayote squash slaw, scallion and chipotle crema is available, it's a no brainer. Save room for dessert, as there are plenty of tempting offerings.
