This contemporary bistro in the art gallery district proposes a series of moments of pure culinary indulgence crafted by a chef with an impressive CV (Ritz, Lasserre, Plaza). Veal, poultry and pork pâté en croûte, beef braised for 12hr in a cocotte, roasted fillet of sea bass with beurre noisette, crème brûlée… Traditional dishes, in all their simplicity.
