If vegetarian cuisine is your go-to, you have to go to El Born and try it at this restaurant, located just a stone’s throw from the famous basilica of Santa Maria del Mar. The proposal, with a choice of à la carte and two set menus, bears the signature of Argentinean chef-biologist Máximo Cabrera, who shows us how plant-based cuisine is not only healthy, but also tremendously tasty. The dishes, which in some cases are presented as a surprising trompe l'oeil, successfully combine science and creativity.
