As a seafood wholesaler, Zucchero offers seafood dishes in abundance and having worked in both markets and kappo, the chef has learned the skills of handling fish. The menu changes daily, with an impressive lineup of seafood in season. Dishes are simple, including fare such as carpaccio, fritters and stewed tomatoes.
