This tasteful restaurant in the charming hotel of the same name promises elegant modern decor and a pleasingly quiet, almost intimate atmosphere, as well as attentive and proficient service, and – last but not least – really good food based on carefully selected ingredients. Quality and craftsmanship shine through in dishes such as creamy ragout of Mühlviertel milk-fed veal lights with Serviettenknödel (bread dumplings). Brunch is served Mon-Sat, Wirtshauskuchl (traditional hearty Austrian fare) at lunchtime, and fine dining in the evening. Sundays feature a "gourmet brunch" with live music, and classic tavern cuisine is served for lunch.
