Every dish features the restaurant’s signature gosari oil sauce, from spicy bibim noodles to Taiwanese pancakes topped with sweet and tangy gosari chilli sauce. This inventive spot demonstrates the boundless potential of gosari.

"We put our slogan, “One Bowl, One Forest Protection,” into practice. With every bowl of noodles sold, a portion of the proceeds supports forest conservation projects in Gangwon and Danyang. As a vegan noodle shop, we focus on seasonal, locally sourced vegetables, prioritising ingredients procured within a one-hour radius to reduce food miles and our carbon footprint. Through low-waste cooking, responsible sourcing, and everyday environmental actions, we aim to offer an accessible dining experience with a reduced environmental impact."
