De Belgische chefs laten zich niet kisten. Ondanks de gezondheidscrisis ten gevolge van het coronavirus en de tijdelijke sluiting van de restaurants, geven ze het beste van zichzelf. We zetten graag enkele afhaalinitiatieven in de spotlights, zoals de take-away van de nieuwe twee en drie MICHELIN sterren in België.

Op donderdag halen de inspecteurs van de MICHELIN Gids graag herinneringen op. Gerechten die ons bijblijven, menselijke ontmoetingen, verrassende wijnen. Vandaag kijken we graag even terug naar twee uitzonderlijke gerechten die we dit jaar in België degusteerden.

Lindenhoff laat geen enkele fijnproever onberoerd. Of het nu duurzaam vlees van hun eigen gasconnekoeien of citrus van een Italiaanse boer betreft: u vindt er de allerbeste producten. De familiezaak is al meer dan dertig jaar kind aan huis bij topchefs. En die kwaliteit kan u ook gewoon zelf in huis halen.
