With Antiqvvm in Porto, Portugal adds a new Two Star MICHELIN restaurant, bringing the total to 8 establishments. 4 new restaurants have been awarded a MICHELIN Star, bringing to 31 the number of establishments recognised with this distinction. Finally, 2 new restaurants are honored with the MICHELIN Green Star and 8 have been awarded the Bib Gourmand.

With Disfrutar (Barcelona) and Noor (Córdoba), Spain has achieved a historical zenith by reaching 15 establishments awarded Three MICHELIN Stars. There is 1 new Two MICHELIN Star restaurant and 31 new restaurants that have been awarded One MICHELIN Star, which brings the number of establishments in Spain that have been awarded Stars to a total of 271. 12 new restaurants have also been awarded the MICHELIN Green Star.

Today, in the ancient city of Toledo, Michelin unveiled the restaurant selection of the MICHELIN Guide Spain and Portugal 2023. This edition, brimful of new surprises, includes 2 restaurants which receive the highest Three MICHELIN Star distinction, while 3 others rise to the Two Star category and 34 earn One MICHELIN Star. Moreover, the MICHELIN inspectors added 38 new Bib Gourmand restaurants to the selection, as well as 14 MICHELIN Green Stars.

Michelin is pleased to present the new selection of restaurants from the MICHELIN Guide Spain and Portugal. Revealed in the auditorium of the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia in Valencia, the 2022 awards reference some 1,362 establishments throughout Spain, Portugal, and the Principality of Andorra, including 11 Three-Star restaurants, 40 Two-Star restaurants, 211 One-Star restaurants and 284 Bib Gourmand restaurants.

In an exclusive virtual gala broadcast from La Puerta Del Sol in Madrid, the MICHELIN Guide Spain & Portugal unveiled its new 2021 restaurant selection. Featuring 252 starred establishments, including 3 new two Star restaurants and 21 that won their first Star, the 2021 edition also welcomed a new distinction, the MICHELIN Green Star which aims to highlight exemplary establishments operating at the forefront of sustainable gastronomy with virtuous initiatives.
