Built in the 1960s and adapted in 2022, this 13-suite hideaway in the South Tyrolean hills takes a maximum of 26 guests at a time, a deliberate ceiling that shapes everything about the experience. Swiss pine, Farrow & Ball in dozens of shades, Joseph Frank textiles sourced from Svenskt Tenn in Stockholm, and 15th-century paneling in the stübli give each room its own character. The spa was carved from the old basement garage. Dinner rotates nightly between the smoking room, the book-lined snug, and the stübli. Alto Adige wines are poured with real knowledge and care.
