Restaurant Yugen is newly awarded Two MICHELIN Stars, and 17 restaurants are recognised with One MICHELIN Star. The MICHELIN Green Star highlights the sustainable commitment of two new establishment. Two Special Awards are presented: the MICHELIN Mentor Chef and the MICHELIN Service Award.

Bib Gourmand awarded restaurants are adored by their many diners, because these restaurants offer satisfaction beyond what you’d expect for the price. The 2024 MICHELIN Guide Thailand showcases a total of 447 food establishments: 7 two MICHELIN Stars, 28 one MICHELIN Star, 196 Bib Gourmand, and 216 MICHELIN Selected venues.

The Guide's second edition sees Erth join the 3 other restaurants recognised with One Michelin Star

The list features a total of 196 budget-friendly eateries in Thailand, with 32 New Entries, consisting of 28 brand new additions to the Guide, and 4 moving from the MICHELIN selected category.

Restaurant Harutaka is newly awarded Three MICHELIN Stars. One restaurant newly receives Two MICHELIN Stars, and 16 restaurants are recognised with One MICHELIN Star. 127 restaurants compose the MICHELIN Guide Kuala Lumpur & Penang 2024 selection with over 30 different cuisine types. For the first time, the MICHELIN Guide Kuala Lumpur & Penang recognises an “Opening of the Year” award. A restaurant is also promoted to One MICHELIN Star, and Malaysia sees its first two-MICHELIN-Starred restaurant this year.
