Casa Leo, from Chef/owner Joshua Whigham, is a Spanish-inspired restaurant offering a variety of tapas-style plates, easy to order alone or as a variety to share with the table. Start with "shots" of bay scallop ceviche with tender scallops in a vibrant leche de tigre, served atop halved lime wedges. Choose between a variety of their Iberian flatbreads, including the lardons coca with caramelized onion puree, queso pinto and a drizzle of fresh passionfruit topping. Proteins like their rabo de toro are a must; a decadent, tender wine-braised oxtail stew, topped with house-made potato chips for the right amount of crunch. Finish your meal with a delicious slice of Helen's Basque-style cheesecake.
