Three wise founders, all born in the Year of the Monkey, have created a relaxed “gallery” with minimalist, Japanese-influenced décor, where the food takes centre stage. A concrete counter faces the open kitchen, led by a young chef from Central Vietnam, who draws on local dishes and produce from his roots, refined through European culinary training. The restaurant focuses on a full tasting menu, with optional add-ons, alongside wine, non-alcoholic pairings, and a creative list of cocktails and mocktails.
