This restaurant on the shore of Baijia Lake is helmed by renowned chef Zhou who captures the quintessence of Huaiyang cuisine courtesy of modern French techniques and plating. His set menu mirrors the seasons and can include portabella consommé with crispy sesame twists and a tofu chrysanthemum that entails exquisite knife skills. The set menu comes with two or three cups of Chinese tea and wine pairing is also available.
