Tucked away on a narrow side street, an unassuming entrance opens into a remarkable experience within chef Simone Paratella's new and elegant restaurant. The minimalist and intimate dining room, which seats up to ten guests, draws the eye towards a sweeping glass wall that looks directly into the kitchen, from which emerge beautifully balanced dishes full of personality. The chef, who remains true to his Italian roots and elevates them into a fine-dining format, offers two tasting menus: The Simone Experience (9 courses) and the Comfort Experience (5 courses), both featuring flawlessly executed dishes, such as the Tajarin al Ragù di Coniglio — the house's star dish — and the superb Tagliata al Barolo, served with fillet of beef and accompanied by a fresh salad with a fruity note from the pomegranate seeds scattered throughout. Beyond the sophisticated cooking, the service team ensures the experience is nothing short of memorable.
