Aleisha serves pan-Mediterranean fare with a Middle Eastern twist in wittily named dishes that add to the fun. A sea urchin shooter (dubbed "See Your Chin") captures the essence of the sea in one bite thanks to accompaniments such as toasted nori, pickled seaweed and crabmeat.
