Looking for a Japanese restaurant with soul and a family atmosphere? Located in an annex of the iconic Puente Romano hotel and run by chef Andrés Médici, an expert sushiman from Argentina, the most significant element is that, after the entrance hall, there are two well-differentiated spaces designed for different proposals: The Lounge, with low tables and a menu designed for sharing plates, and the Omakase Bar, a little more elegant and reserved exclusively for its gastronomic menu, with simple bites, prepared before your very eyes, which emphasise the technique and quality of the product. They tend to work with matured and cured fish!
