This upmarket establishment dripping in marble, which is bright and airy by day and cosy by night, extends a warm welcome typical of the Kempen region, before presenting an enticing menu and list of daily specials. Seasoned chef, Tim Moeskops, knows his classics and skilfully turns out dishes ranging from crispy, generously filled shrimp fritters and fresh, juicy sole to flavoursome eel in sorrel or a Poire belle Hélène, straight from his own pear orchard.
